Ever see Danny Deckchair? If not you should. Similar to the movie (which was similar to a real life event in the early eighties) a guy from Oregon strapped himself into a lawn chair attached to just over 100 giant helium balloons and sent himself skyward. 193 miles later he touched back down to earth.
